Do you ever feel like most things people take for granted and consider a part of mundane, everyday life, are actually really, really weird, and fascinating?
Do you have a lot of stories from your life that you feel like you could only tell at parties, but you don’t, because you don’t get invited to that many parties, and even when you do, you get really anxious about drawing too much attention away from the person throwing the party and then not getting invited to future parties because of it?
Do you like rhetorical questions?
Well, I do. And that is why I’m thrilled to announce that I will be starting a newsletter full of all of the above and more! This is where I will share some of my odder memories (like taking a yoga class with Laura Dern at age nine, or the time I swallowed part of a t-shirt), thoughts (like why “babyish” was the greatest put-down ever, and why we all forgot about it as soon as we hit puberty), and imaginary BBC shows (like Pippa Meets the Poors, or Celebrities Shouldn’t Be Running a Surgery!)
